I'm too young to be in the demographic you're talking about here, but it sounds like a sex fantasy to me, through-and-through. I'd guess it translates as "sexually exciting, will support my my mid-life crisis, quirky and energetic in that Hollywood rom-com kind of way, doesn't have any real-life concerns or serious differences of opinion that could bring down my mood."
